To build a smart factory, a data centric test-bed can significantly increase higher quality of products. In this paper we describe a data collection of a notification model in a test-bed of secondary batty pin testing. To design the system, we analyze the requirements of pub/sub model based data collection mechanism in the prospect of the components of the information systems. We define CDM(Common Device Model) that provides a general object model that represents an external view of an IoT device. It is used to handle the sensory data and control data when designing and operating the test-bed. The test-bed can use the response to validate sensing data and sensor status.
