Regarding helping institutions, local community offices such as Dong office, district office(Ku), and other institutions were roughly 10 percent or slightly high. Overall in this study, it is optimistic that activation plan of the hall will make the leaders more hopeful as well as ordinary user members, and government officials and social workers view the elderly respect hall as future major leisure place. As for activity level of daily lives, about 40-50% or more of the respondents answered that they perform ordinary daily activities such as eating snacks, bathing, and changing clothes without others` assistances, indicating that the senior citizen halls are generally used by independent health elders. Elderly hall in Korean is emerging as a new place for substitute hoe, where majority of the older adults spend as much daytime as they do at home. About 8 precent of the subjects prefer maintenance of the respect hall, and other ranked items were financial support, program activation, and other life issues of the hall members such as shopping with them and going for hospital treatment.
