This study purposed to analyze the relations among university students` personal value leisure attitude and leisure behavior intention to induce desirable leisure life and use of spare time and to help understand the importance of leisure life. The results of this study are as follows. First the most common types of leisure activities in university students were hobby, amusement activities recreational activities and cultural, art activities in their order. Second when the effect relation between personal value and leisure attitude was analyzed all the factors of personal value were found to have a significant effect. Accordingly we need to understand university student` thinking and environment and activate their leisure activities utilizing the factors of their personal value influencing leisure attitude and behavior. Third when the regression between leisure attitude and behavioral intention was analyzed only cognitive attitude had a significant effect. This suggests that university student` leisure value and function have not been developed properly and thus they fail to satisfy diverse leisure desires due to their life environment under the stress of study entrance examination and employment.
