The study on conversion of hotel industry in the transition of barrier, and customer loyalty and customer characteristics determine the effectiveness of the adjustment to the operation of the hotel industry to provide useful information and has implications. Therefore, based on findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, switching costs, procedural and financial switching costs, attractiveness of alternative positive (+) showed the relationship. Second, the financial switching costs, attractiveness of alternatives, and the significance level procedural switching costs from 0.5 to positive (+) showed the relationship. Third, the transitions also have a significant impact on customer loyalty will validate the results of Hypothesis 3, the conversion of customer loyalty in a relationship of help showed that no significant relationship. Fourth, barriers to customer switching and switching characteristics of the transition costs of the relationship between procedural and cognitive interaction were considered significant at the 0.05 significance level. Finally, is the desire to help in transition, even if the pursuit of diversity of the transition to help customers to help conversion of properties to regulate the relationship between customer loyalty showed.
