This study presumes that there would be a boosting factor in selecting tourism destination as well as constraints factor. The integrated model of including all these factors to show how a tourism destination can be considered by tourists is introduced and empirically tested. The enquetes survey has been made through the adults, who has made at least one overseas trip during last 3 years, at Incheon International airport. Total 400 enquetes wz`ere distributed, and among 364 enquetes collected, 286 enquetes were actually used for this study. The underlying dimensions of the attribute factors of tourism destination was, first, identified by factor analysis, where the resulting factors were convenience, localization, attraction, activeness, accessibility and kindness, while the constraint factors were consist of social, psychological, personal relations, individual capability and immanent factors. Second, among attribute factors of tourism destination, convenience and attraction were found to have positive influence to the selection of the tourism destination, while social constraint appeared to have negative influence.
