The purpose of this study is to find the relationship of the impact of a long-term collaboration and performance between a hotel and a travel agency. In this study, research materials and previous studies were used as a logical basis in forming a hypothesis and performing a survey to extract the qualitative and the quantitative relationship characteristics, long-term goals, financial and non-financial outcomes and variables of the hotel and the travel agency. A total of 250 surveys were collected and 137 surveys were used as valid specimen. The time period of the survey was from October 29, 2012 to December 9, 2012. For the formation of a successful partnership between the hotel and the travel agency, a disagreement between the persons in charge or adminstration of the job must be handled together, and a positive attitude of compromise is necessary. Also, the persons in charge need to spare the time to make business and personal contact to improve relations. It has also been determined that a long-term exchange between familiar personnel from both sides, can help stabilize long-term business transactions, increase sales profit, and increase net profit.
