In this study, By using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) about the hotel convention services that convention participants are recognized. The implications and improvement plan for convention service Convention participants can be satisfied was to propose. The data collected in this study, among customers participated in the convention of Kangwon Land Hotel from 2013. September 15. to 2013. October 25. were surveyed, 926 valid samples in a total of 1000 questionnaires were obtained. Among various analytical methods, the paired t-test was conducted and IPA analysis method was performed. As the result, the items of ``conference room soundproof state `` and `` provide useful information to customers `` which is belonging to the second quadrant are highly aware of the importance but actually the satisfaction is not high. therefore, the service items of this type need to be managed as integrated control items in future. Also the participants are low awareness of the importance of ``hotel attractiveness of appearance `` and `` hotel `` s reputation `` among convention hotel service items belonging to the fourth quadrant but these items are found actually a part of a lot of satisfaction respectively. Therefore, Convention Service items that intensive control is required are preferentially necessary to be improved and plans for improving the acquisition of customer loyalty of Convention Hotel and the profitability will be taken to.
