In recent years, many organizations have come to recognize the individual happiness and the importance of organizational culture. therefore they make an efforts to the development of suitable organizational culture in their organizations.In this reports, we studied the effects of the happiness and organizational culture of the hotel employees on the organizational effectiveness. According to the study, negative emotion have a significant effect on the turnover intention, life satisfaction and positive emotion have a significant effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. and the study also found a correlation between happiness and organizational culture. Finally, ``social organizational culture``, ``innovative organizational culture`` have a significant effect on the organizational effectiveness. In this paper, various studies have contributed to the happiness in the lack of understanding about employees`` happiness and the organization need to develop various and effective program about the happiness in order to reducing the turnover, to uniting staffs, to making the teamwork. And Differentiated part of the leading research and euphoria that is applicable for that hotel.
