Wheeled combat vehicle, which is highly mobile weapon system, is developing to prepare future warfare. In the phase of development, OMS/MP must be documented, and the ordinary OMS/MP analysis is only based on the combat scenario in wartime and the training plans in peacetime. The primary mission of wheeled combat vehicle is to initially react with rapid deployment of enemy forces, It should be operated regardless of wartime or peacetime. Thus OMS/MP value should contain these attributions. In this study, by considering the warfare of operational types, we developed the OMS/MP of wheeled combat vehicle based on combat scenarios which could occur both during wartime and during peacetime.
