The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship of player career, winner career, self-management and exercise commitment in Taekwondo demonstration athlete. The subjects of this study were 131 demonstration athletes who had experiences of taekwondo demonstration team. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents. To analyze this data by using spss 18.0 and amos 18.0 programs. reliability test and factor analysis was employed to test the reliability, validity, and correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the relationship between variables, and structural equation model analysis was used to identify the impact of player career, winner career, self-management and exercise commitment. The questionnaires for the self-management had been developed by Kim(2011), Kim(2003) and Huh(2003), and exercise commitment had been developed by Park(2001) and Lim(2012). The results were summarized as follow. First, it was showed that player career has a significant influence on mental-management. Second, it was showed that winner career has a significant influence on body-management. Third, it was showed that player career has not a significant positive influence on exercise commitment. Fourth, it was showed that winner career has a significant influence on exercise commitment. Fifth, it was showed that body-management has a significant influence on exercise commitment.
