In this paper, we attempt to analyze from the viewpoint of plural predication the distributive reading of the sentences in which the adverb-tul appears. First, we see that this phenomenon is related to adverbs modifying verbs, and this seems to presuppose the existence of plural events. Furthermore, we see that the adverb-tul is involved in the distribution of events. In order to understand the distribution of events, we follow the relational distribution theory and derive the distributive reading by assigning the events as share and the plural entities as key. We present the analysis within the framework of plural predication. That is, we get the LF where the predicate of 〈e, 〈v, t〉〉 is formed by the QR of a plural noun and ** operator and Cov variable are introduced. From the LF we can derive a distributive reading by using the meaning of the adverb-tul in which individual events are applied to elements of plural objects. By using the method, we can also explain the various types of constructions in which an adverb-tul appears.
