The right is a social-discursive construction. It conforms itself from what attorneys and juridical operators argue and define: the seemingly scientific language of law is in hands of the professionals who support the faculties of law; in turn, the juridical speech is established by dynamics of political and economic power that affect in the pedagogy and the educational hegemonic practices. In the present text we will deal with a reflection that, from the critical pedagogy, questions the juridical education molded by the “iuspositivismo”. We will realize of some educational dominant practices that are effected in the Colombian and Latin-American academys, as we will formulate the respective critical alternatives, in order to reach to the renovation and transformation of the educational forms that the imaginary juridical ones orientate. Finally, this critical review to the juridical modern pedagogy suggests a rereading of the way crossed after the promulgation of the Political Constitution of 1991, to question the neo-constitutional local dogmatism and to propose a critical Latin-American perspective that realizes of the economic and power conditions that they determine the law education.
