The purpose of this study is to develop an interview evaluation paper by analyzing the effects of facial morpheme characteristics on basic qualities (integrity, responsibility, activeness, endurance). The influence of the facial morpheme characteristics on the judgment of basic qualities of office work types was examined in 203 subjects. As a result, the characteristics of facial morphemes were analyzed to affect the judgment of basic qualities of office type: sincerity, responsibility, activeness and endurance. Egg-shaped face, square face, inverted triangular face, obtuse eyebrows, eyes with lowered eyes, thin lips affect judgment of integrity and square face, inverted triangular face, high nose, long nose, straight-on mouth affect judgment of responsibility and dark eyebrows, raised eyes, and big mouth affect the judgment of activeness and square face, rhombus face, small eye, long eyes, and lowered eyes affected the judgment of endurance. Second, based on the analysis of the effects of facial morphemes on the judgment of basic qualities of office work, interview score sheet and job assignment sheet were developed to place the right people in right positions according to different job descriptions. It is significant as it provides a baselie data to create a scale for staffing utilizing the results of this study.
