Purpose: To analyze the spread of droplet and droplet nuclei infections such as MERS, airflow analysis simulations were performed. Methods: We analyzed the doctor`s office Air Conditioning system of Seoul and metropolitan area general hospitals. The diffusion of droplet and droplet nuclei infections in the doctor`"s office was analyzed through airflow analysis simulation Lastly, we analyzed the spread of droplet infection through respiration of infectious disease carriers who visited the doctor`s office. Results: Droplet infection was scattered within 2 ~ 3m and all fell. In other words, it did not spread outside the doctor"s office. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the droplet nuclei infection spreads to the outside of the office and floats to the corridor.
