The purpose of this study is to present a plan for organizational management by presenting the necessity of a hotel business’ employee’s leisure to a hotel manager through the empirical analysis of the relations between a hotel business employee’s leisure satisfaction, cognitive & behavioral commitment, and life satisfaction. As a result of this study, first, leisure satisfaction was found to have a partially significant influence on emotional, normative commitment; second, cognitive commitment was found not to have a significant influence on behavioral commitment, and third, cognitive & behavioral commitment was found to have a significant influence on life satisfaction. As for the implications of this study, first, hotel business employees’ desire for leisure and preference level for leisure activity could greatly vary depending on how much they get qualitative experience from clean, pleasant places and convenient facilities through leisure activities. Second, it is necessary to find the attribute which makes it possible for employees to be absorbed in leisure activities, and to preferentially take account of expansion of the environment and leisure infrastructure, in which hotel employees can be immersed, and diversity of programs, etc.
