The principal purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of self-identity according to style of participation in leisure activity of workers. More specifically, this study is mainly purposed to show the relationship of workers`s subfactors of self-identity, stability, goal-directede-ness, uniqueness, interpersonal role expectation, self-acceptance, self-assertiveness according to participation of leisure activity. For this purpose the research was administered to using materials of 433 male and female leisure activity consumers. Data were collected through samples by means of cluster sampling method. The questionnaire for data collection of this study was based on those used in previous studies between style of leisure activity and self-identity scales, and used them after examing the verification of validity and reliability through pilot test. The methods of Statistics used to analyze the collected datas were structural equation modeling analysis. The following is conlusions brought through these analyzing methods and process in this study. Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to relationship between self-acceptance and style of leisure activity. Hopothesis Ⅱ was supported to relationship between self-existance and style of leisure activity. Hopothesis Ⅲ was supported to relationship between uniqueness and style of leisure activity. Hopothesis Ⅳ was supported to relationship between goal-directedeness and style of leisure activity. Hopothesis Ⅴ was supported to relationship between self-assertiveness and style of leisure activity. Hopothesis Ⅵ was supported to relationship between social ability and style of leisure activity. Hopothesis Ⅶ was supported to relationship between stability and style of leisure activity.
