This study is intended to verify the role of leisure activities for aged life planning by analyzing the leisure attitude and leisure participation adherence intention of office workers. The study was setup to achieve the goal of 218 questionnaires which were distributed to office workers in Seoul metropolitan area. This research adopted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis utilizing SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows, first cognitive attitude had an effect on physical and sociological effect on aged life planning, which had correlating effect on positive leisure cognition and attitude effect on aged life planning. Second, active attitude effect on aged life planning for participating in leisure activities had a profound effect on practical aspect, such as economical aged life planning. Third, affective attitude did not have an effect on aged life planning which unsatisfied current leisure experience influence the future leisure activities. Thus, effort is needed to make better environment for better leisure atmosphere. Finally, in the fourth result, economical aged life planning had an effects on leisure participation adherence intention. To stimulate the leisure aspect of the participants, it is recommended to provide low cost leisure activities or policy implication to promote leisure activities is needed.
