This paper has studied a work in which ghosts play an important role in solving murder cases. and formulate a story and a ghostly figure. As a result, the following conclusions were reached. First, stories based on court cases were created because it was the most vivid expression of their lives through unfair death. The work showed active perception and expansion of the new concept about ghost through various ghost stories. Secondly, It is made up of a process in which injustice is formed, ghosts are informed, and injustice is resolved. The ghosts played an active role in the settlement process. thirdly, The ghost was not afraid of any force, but proudly appeared before them and acted in various ways to retaliate.
To sum up, This study confirmed that stories based on court cases were a clear portrayal of traditional Chinese ideas and expressed their desire and desire to solve their injustice. The ghost"s appearance also vividly expresses a firm reaction to the contradictions that exist in society, not to be daunted by death.
