This study is the result of a developed learning module which systemized the contents of knowledge, technology, attitude, and refinement required to conduct tasks in the industrial field as an education, training process focusing on working level tasks regarding color design. The National Competency Standards color design learning module is composed of 9 parts, and the study focuses on toning. Unlike the current toning learning materials, this study is significant as it developed a learning material in accordance with the level of design majors. Also, after being reviewed by the toning experts, it was determined to be appropriate to perform tasks in the industrial field as an education, training process focusing on working level tasks. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to working level tasks in the industrial field by developing a learning module that meets the demands of the toning industry.
