For watertight and anti-corrosion, body sealer is applied to the panel overlapping region of car body. Depending on the need for lightweight of a car, the specific gravity of body sealer was reduced through application of lightweight fillers. However, when lightweight fillers are applied, there is a problem that the physical properties and workability of the sealer are lowered. In this study, we developed a body sealer with the same properties and workability as the existing ones by changing the PVC resin and controlling the contents, and contributed to the weight reduction of the vehicle.
