These days the Korean society undergoes the rapid industrialization on grounds character of traditional Confucianism culture in the condition where the duplex sex culture spreads, what is called the distorted sex culture of teenagers preference set deep in society along with the broad-minded sexual trend to the male. The social insensibility of the wrong custom stirs up the people quickly to be diffused with the advancement of the Internet in the sexual crime of teenager subject. Therefore the sexual crime of teenager subject get sick the body and mind of the teenager and does not only the sexual exploitation act leaved serious pain not the possibility of turning round in lifetime but also it is a criminal act which destroy a sexual ethics and makes a national future darkly from a national dimension. Nevertheless our society currently does not have the sufficient means to defend the society from the vicious criminal act and is not liberated from threat of the crime whose social member each one. The latest the sex assault crime and sexual exploitation and maltreatment about teenager is different from general Street Crime, it come about irrespective of hour and the space, the sexual crime of new form is quickly and widely spreading out to the unspecific majority where the sexual relation Internet site with the commercial intention of avail sexual exploitation etc. in Cyber Space. Extermination of teenager objective sexual crime with world-wide tendency, the effort for the extermination of sexual crime of teenager objective is rise to draw and to open with caused by social stability to be a possibility of advancing with national competitive power. Hereupon it investigates the present conditions and problem points of the legal regulation against teenager sexual selling and buying in Korea and the reporter to present the improvement program it does.
