This paper aims to seek the development rural economy by commercializing rural tourism. Advanced countries like Europe and Japan proceed policy of Green- Tourism for seeking ways of rural vitality as their rural reconstruction. In Korea, since 1980 Korea has conducted to revive the rural economy facing on decrease the population area in rural and an aging society. From 2002, It got down to Green-Tourism. The goal of this paper seeks for solution to vitalize of Green-Tourism. Government has Korean proceeded this Green policy. The writer would like to analyze the environment problems through this policy. The government obtains the quantitative results of continuous Green-Tourism. Green-Tourism in quality will be needed to improve the choice of a village, follow-up services, educational programs, and public relations. The government provides political alternative for promoting between policy relations and local community and rural relations and come to realize the limitation in taking rural own way. It will be needed to integrate one or two department of similar village project in government project. There should be coexistence and development in enlargement relationship between city and rural community, reinforcement education and public relations, the organization in Green-Tourism structure, rural environment and restructure viewpoint, multiple and differential program development in using Green-Tourism.
