The aim of this paper is to develop a literature class model toward student-centered questioning. An inquiry approach to education privileges students’ natural question, and their questions become the center of teaching and learning experiences. In advanced researches we could find useful explanations about the steps and the conditions of question making. And also the student-centered view of questioning is supported by the transactional theory of the literary workFrom that standpoint, the goal of literature class toward student-centered questioning is not to reach the right answer but to obtain a certain question that evoke the students’ own literature experience. And the role of a teacher is not to answer the students question but to make progress in the questions. The class model is proceed in the following steps :Student-centered questioning and question exchange, selecting the important questions, cooperative answering the selected question, generating introspective and evaluative questions. At the result of the several practices, students questions about <chunhyang-jeon> were exmplified and classified. The classification of questions might be useful for teachers to prepare a class forward the student-centered questioning.
