본 연구에서는 한국정보경찰이 직면한 여러 환경변화와 그에 따른 조직의 현황을 알아보고, 조직구성원이 인식하는 조직역량과 효과성에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 관련선행연구와 2010년 7월1일부터 7월 28일까지 전국정보경찰 300명을 대상으로 한 조사응답을 분석한 결과, 조직역량이 높으면 조직효과성도 높아지는 것으로 나타나고 있다(t=16.08, p=.000). 또한 조직의 효과성에 영향을 미치는 정도는 구성원 역량(ß=.258)이 가장 큰 영향력을 보이는 변수로 나타났으며, 다음은 목표역량(ß=.228), 셋째, 계급(ß=.217), 넷째, 입직경로(ß=-.202), 그 다음은 연령, 학력 순이고, 시스템역량과 성별, 연령, 근속기간 등은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 다른 변수들이 정보경찰조직의 역량강화 및 효과성향상을 위해서 불필요하다는 의미가 아니라, 조사대상 정보경찰의 인식결과이며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 정보경찰 역량강화방안을 강구할 필요성이 있다고 하겠다.
This study examines about organizational performance and effectiveness to the intelligence police that discussions for this Korean Police Office's development are required. That is, wished to analyze effect that the intelligence police get to organizational effectiveness laying stress on constituent of recognizing core competence. For the purpose of Working this study, the first thing is organizational performance divided by member capacity, target capacity, system capacity and organizational effectiveness divides by member's job satisfaction and organization immersion and examined.
Could receive the survey and following result and registration point. First, organizational performance exerted meaning effect to intelligence police's organizational effectiveness. That is, if member's capacity is improved and member's organization target and target capacity that share vision bring, and systematic capacity is backed up in police authorities will be improved.
Second, there is difference in the influence in factors of organization capacity affecting to intelligence police's organizational effectiveness.
Result of investigation, member capacity exerted the strongest effect and target capacity is then and system capacity exerted the lowest effect.
As these result refers over, analysis is available by greatly two.
First, when people surveyed intelligence police's capacity is high, organizational effectiveness is depended on member capacity. That is, the intelligence police adapt in organization's environment change with self-conceit and sense of mission and to foster passion and quality that can participate in organization's change and renovation can improve organizational effectiveness. Second, element of organization capacity that get in job satisfaction and organizational commitment which is organizational effectiveness element differs. That is, member capacity and target capacity exert meaning effect in intelligence police's job satisfaction but system capacity was not so whereas, and member capacity and system capacity exert meaning effect in intelligence police's organizational commitment and target capacity was not so whereas. These result is that need to consider possibility with abhorrent wave that analysis that detail first about measured variable enforces required point and specification policy. Finally, there was difference in organizational effectiveness according to investigation subject person's special quality and realization about organizational performance.
This study can find valuable of study at time that empirical study about the intelligence police are lacking. However, problem can be the variable that use to measure organizational effectiveness. Because the variable that can measure organizational effectiveness and organizational committment and job satisfaction more exactly than these indicator pointers can be.
Also, connectional researches about the intelligence police were lacking. Therefore, in this study refered connectional study of department of business administration political science. Problem can be to apply as it is to intelligence police office in such result of survey. Nevertheless, this study can talk that is valuable. Because in some degree, analyzed relation of intelligence police's organizational performance and organizational effectiveness.
