Assuming livestock industry of North Korea is already collapsed to unrecoverable state, the most urgent task is to construct the foundation of collapsed North Korea livestock industry before performing South and North Korea livestock technical integration. In order to recovery this, it is essential to first provide basic supports to North Korea on basic restoration work and pass on South Korea’s advanced technology in phases. The core of North Korea’s livestock policy is concentrated on the increase of herbivores breeding due to shortage of concentrated feeds. As far as North Korea system continuous to constraint exchange with outside world as now, the focus should be on technical development for productivity increase of food self-support and North Korea itself. First of all, when sending livestock to support farm out of humanitarian support, it is necessary to construct one-stop technical support system that supports subsidiary facilities, resources, feeds, breeding technique, and veterinary medicinal stuff etc needed to breed livestock. Makes it possible to actually raise stocks by providing entire livestock, feeds, facilities, and resources needed for livestock industry. Furthermore, in order to form South and North Korea livestock cooperation technology, followings must be established, perform standardization by stocks or secure genetic resource, construct sanitary production system, develop reduction technology of greenhouse gases, develop environmentally friendly organic stock breeding technology and execute future oriented research, joint quarantine technique that meets with customer preferences etc.
