The purpose of this study was to overlook the experiences and conflicts of multinational nation in United Kingdom, France and Germany. These countries were known as ideal multinational nation and pursue multicultural nation, but they were not. This view is contrary to the facts of United Kingdom, France and Germany. Many Korean scholars failed to understood the fact of United Kingdom, France and Germany and misled people about the fact. I must confess many research to be rather misleading. Many research had frequently misled the people with distorted papers. Multiculturalism and weakening of social integration are two sides of the same coin. Multiculturalism will no longer support by the United Kingdom, France and Germany. Some think that multiculturalism is divisive rather than unifying. The surface of multiculturalism are diversity and openness, but the facts of multiculturalims are weaken of social integration and poverty. Relentless pursuit of economic gain leads to the extinction of traditional culture. Thoughtless pursuit of multiculturalism leads to the conflicts. United Kingdom, France and Germany seeking for social integration through selection and exclusion. United Kingdom, France and Germany never pursuit thoughtless multiculturalism and diversification. United Kingdom, France and Germany's Cases are not appliable to Korea. Ministry of Gender Equality and Family make use of multiculturalism as means of their subsistence in Korea. Ministry of Gender Equality and Family spend most of money(about 69% of the total budget in 2010 year) in multiculturalism policies, but inadequate money spending and methods is an issues in these days. We need to be selective about the multiculturalism we receive instead of accepting it unconditionally.
