This study inspected the appearance of the expression using Sino-Korean words with native Korean words. These expressions are defined as the expressions which are morphologically consisted of Sino-Korean word and native Korean word, showing typically fixed forms. So as to examine the appearance of the expressions using Sino-Korean words with native Korean words, this study also examined the structures of these expressions by types,and inspected the co-occurences and constraints of them.
As a result, It was developed that these expressions had various kinds of structures. And most of them were affected by the structures and syntactic constraints of Korean. It also makes the meanings more specific and strengthens the rhetorical effect as a literary language in terms of the aspect of semantics.
These expressions using Sino-Korean words with native Korean words,which occupy the majority of Korean words, should be attended more by researchers.
