다문화가정의 증가에 따라 각 정부부처에서는 다문화가정 지원을 위한 정책을 마련하여 실시하고 있으며, 이러한 정부부처로는 여성가족부, 교육부, 안전행정부, 문화체육관광부, 고용노동부, 농림축산식품부, 법무부, 보건복지부, 외교부 등이 있다. 각 정부부처는 다문화가정 지원정책 주요 분야를 선정, 다문화가정의 원활한 사회정착을 목적으로 정책을 추진하고 있으며, 주요활동들은 또한 다문화가정이 국내 입국 이후 결혼, 자녀 양육을 하는 정착 전 과정에 걸쳐 발생하게 되는 사회적 어려움을 최소화시키는 것에 초점을 맞추어 실시되고 있다. 이와 같은 정부부처의 주요 활동들이 다문화가정의 원활한 사회정착을 지원하고 있음은 분명하다. 하지만 대부분의 활동이 결혼이주여성의 한국문화 습득, 쌍방국가의 문화이해, 한국어 학습 기회 마련 등 문화학습에 치중하고 있고, 그 밖의 부분에 있어서는 단편적 지원활동에 그치고 있어 보다 적극적이고 구체적인 지원활동이 이루어질 것이 요구된다. 이것은 다문화가정의 범죄분야에 있어서도 마찬가지로 나타나고 있으며, 그 활동은 여성가족부의 가정폭력, 성폭력, 성매매 등에 대한 지원 활동, 안전행정부의 외국인주민 편리한 생활환경 조성 활동의 일환으로 행해지고 있는 외국인 범죄피해 신고센터 등으로 한정되어 있다. 그러나 다문화가정의 사회정착을 도모하기 위해서는 단순히 문화적 차이의 이해와 문화습득만으로는 불충분하며, 다문화가정이 어려움을 느끼고 문제시 여기는 범죄분야에 대한 전폭적 지지가 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 문제인식 하에 이 연구에서는 다문화사회의 범죄문제해결을 위한 협력인프라를 구축하기 위해 각 기관의 다문화정책 및 다문화가정을 지원하는 담당자 및 실무자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 효율적인 다문화정책 추진기관의 범죄해결형 협력인프라 모형 및 구축방안을 제시하였다.

Following the increase in multicultural families in each of the Government departments to provide policy support for multicultural families, these government ministries is a Ministry of gender equality, Ministry of education, culture, sports and tourism, employment security administration, Department of labor, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and agri-food, Department of Justice, the Ministry of health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Each of the main areas of government departments have selected multicultural and family support policy, multiculturalism aimed at settling the smooth social policy assumptions, and they are also major activities since its entry into marriage, child-rearing and domestic multicultural home to settle the former throughout the process and minimize the social difficulties encountered will be focussed on is being carried out. The main activities of such Government departments as they settle in a seamless society a multicultural home support and that is clear. But most of the gain, both migrant women and Korean cultural activities in the country's culture, its focus on learning and culture, including a Korean learning opportunities, and other support activities insofar as they're pushing on a piecemeal and partial more active and concrete support activities will be required. This is like the criminal justice field appears in multiculturalism, and its activities are the Ministry of gender equality and of domestic violence, sexual assault, prostitution, as well as support activities, the Safety Administration's foreign residents a convenient living environment as part of its activities have been limited to foreign criminal damage call center, etc. However, in order to promote a multicultural home society settlement simply gain an understanding of cultural differences and culture alone is insufficient, and the multicultural home to feel the difficulty problem: here is the crime must be fully supportive for the sector. Recognizing these problems, in this study, the multicultural society in cooperation with the crime, to build the infrastructure for each institution's multicultural policies and multicultural home support personnel and has conducted a survey aimed at practitioners, promotes multicultural policy on the basis of the survey results, efficient institutions and build the infrastructure models and ways of cooperation in solving the crime.
