The effects of combination exercise, on body Composition, blood cholesterol and cardiac rick factors in middle obesity man. The study performed experiment by classifying 30 middle-aged obese men, whose BMIs are more than 25kg/m2, into control group(n=10), aerobic exercise group(n=10) and aerobic exercise + muscle resistance exercise(n=10) in order to verify the effect of aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise + muscle resistance exercise for 8 weeks on physical composition, blood cholesterol and TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP, which are cardiovascular risk factors. As a result, weight, body fat and BMI show the statistically significant difference between groups and within group after 8 weeks and TC and LDL-C also show the statistically significant difference between groups and within group after 8 weeks. In case of HDL-C, however, it is found that aerobic exercise + muscle resistance exercise group is significantly higher than control group and aerobic exercise group. Moreover, it is confirmed that aerobic exercise and aerobic exercise + muscle resistance exercise have positive effects on the reduction of cardiovascular risk factors in the change of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP, which are cardiovascular risk factors, and it is found that aerobic exercise + muscle resistance exercise has a bigger effect. It seems that the result is caused by the effect of HDL-C, which is increased by muscle resistance exercise, on the reduction of cardiovascular risk factors. When synthesizing the result above, it is considered that synthetic exercise, which can improve the level of HDL-C like aerobic exercise + muscle resistance exercise, is effective for improving middle-aged obese men's physical composition, blood cholesterol and cardiovascular risk factor.
