Objectives : This study was designed to assess the effect of Soyangin Medicines on Soyangin chronic urticaria patients by retrospective methods.
Methods : We treated 37 Soyangin chronic urticaria patients who visited Haneulmaeum Korean Medicine Clinic from September 1st 2011 to June 30th 2014. We administrated the Soyangin patients with Soyangin Medicines such as Hyeongbangsabaek-san(荊防瀉白散), Yanggyeoksanwha-tang(凉膈散火湯) and so on for 3 months. We measured the effect biweekly by using Urticaria Activity Score(UAS). We analyzed the information and medical history of patients by Frequency analysis, and UAS by Repeated measures, ANOVA.
Results & Conclusions : Every items of UAS were improved by Soyangin Medicines. And the improvement was statistically significant(p<0.05).
