Frey syndrome is a disease that manifests as facial flushing and sweating induced by chewing. It is primarily a result of parotid gland surgery. It is believed to occur even after submandibular gland extirpation or condylar fracture. This is a case report on a 20-year-old female patient with Frey syndrome caused by bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy and subsequent treatment with Botulinum toxin A.
