This study examines the problems of the hearer's responses and its pragmatical functions in colloquial russian text. The meaning of lingual communication is to attract the mutual understanding and agreement between interlocutors. Therefore, the hearer's responses are very important to avoid discontinuance of the conversation and misunderstanding of speaker's intention. In the hear's responses are reflected the second speaker's subjective appraisal of the proposition (the proposition-centered aspect) and in addition, agreement/disagreement utterance with the speaker' viewpoint (the relation-centered aspect). In colloquial russian the modal utterances of the subjective appraisal are too various to systematize, because they are not indicated or indirectly represented in the statements. Thus, the agreement/support statements of the second speaker are needed to elaborate on the context, because the proposition is not clearly represented. In colloquial speech it is often omitted by lingual economical efficiency. For example, Волнуешься? - То　есть!; Вы　обрадовались　этому　письму? - Ещё　бы!　я　его　так　ждал．In the other case the hearer's modal utterances represent disagreement/contradiction evaluation of the proposition. For instance, Он　вас　расстроил?－Ещё　чего!　Буду　я　из－за　него　расстраиваться! In the interrogative sentence with inversion of word order operates the function of rhetoric mechanism. Sometimes, the meaning of statement is wholly dependent on the context. It is so prominent in colloquial speech that needed to inquire the word order and intonation construction(ИК-5,ИК-7). Ex) Ты　похудел. Вернемся，отец　тебя　извинит． - Очень　мне　нужно　его　извинение. So, clearly not indicated or indirectly represented statements of speaker's reponses as indirect speech must be diversly investigated in pragmatical aspect. In each cultural context exist the particular lingual phenomenons, which are explained by cultural inter-textuality. So, in this research are given classification of usages of the hearer's modal utterances, especially agreement/disagreement evaluation of the proposition and analysis on the lingual tendency and tastes of contemporary russian colloquial context.
