This research is a study about mediation effect of job satisfaction in the relationship of servicescape and organizational commitment of hotel. For accomplishing this research goal, it was positively analyzed with 5 hotel employees in Daejeon city from Feb. 15, 2013 through Mar. 15, 2013 using SPSS ver.21.0 statistic program.
A result of analyze for 13 assumptions is as followings. First, servicescape was applied for 6 different factors such as safety, functionality, convenience, attraction, renovation, and ambient factor, and then renovation was significantly affected on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction was significantly affected on job commitment.
Third, as for mediation role of job satisfaction in the relationship of service scape and organizational commitment, as a result of confirmation, safety and ambient factor indicated complete mediation effect.
In conclusion, it can be confirmed result that safety and ambient factor of service scape are important factors to affect on organizational commitment significantly through job satisfaction.
