As the environment around Hospitality Industry has into a highly complex and rapidly changing, the management to practice an excellent and effective leadership is earnestly required to Managers of each Restaurant which who try to get a goal through their people. This study is to analyze how differently transformational leadership and transactional leadership execute by manager through Informal Communication. this study could be summarized as follows. The transactional leadership style had a positive effect on the organizational commitment, Job satisfaction and minus impact to turnover intention, Transformational leadership is only effect to job satisfaction, There are mediating effects between transactional leadership and job satisfaction with informal communication. The results can be summarized as the influence of transactional leadership style in the Family restaurant are positively work. and informal communication and transactional leadership style is positive effect to job attitude.
