The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of emotional labor on learning orientation and organizational commitment of Hotel employees. The data were analyzed with frequency, factor, reliability, covariance, and structure analysis. The SPSS 10.1 and AMOS 4.0 for Windows program were used for the analysis. The major findings could be summarized as follow:Firstly, the analysis on relationship between emotional labor and learning orientation revealed that deep acting dimensions had effect on learning orientation, but surface acting dimension of emotional labor did not affect learning orientation. Secondly, the analysis on relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment revealed deep acting affected organizational commitment only. Thirdly, learning orientation have been shown to give positive influence to organizational commitment.
