위암으로 인해 Billroth II 수술 후 많은 연구에서 위 절단 끝 부위에서의 재발을 보고하고 있지만, 십이지장 절단 끝 부위에서의 재발은 굉장히 드물며, 보고된 바가 거의 없다. 저자들은 위암으로 인해 Billroth II 수술을 시행한 후 PET CT를 이용한 추적검사상 췌장두부와 십이지장 절단 끝 부위에서 병변이 발견되어 상부 위장관 내시경과 조직검사로 십이지장 절단 끝 부위의 재발성 위암을 진단한 1예를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
