The principle objective of this paper is to introduce a systematic approach to identifying similar airports in the world. In this context, it analyses data on airport profitability, an average growth rate of passenger, facility and connectivity and price factors by using Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method. The top-11 airports are selected to classify kindred airports. of which data is released from air portal data, 2009 and each airport website. Referencing the opinions of the Tony Diana(2010), it defines an airport operation efficiency as maximizing airport facility and connectivity capacity for the number of passenger and the profitability of airports Based on the analysis it identifies groupings of similar airports in the Asia -Pacific region within which Incheon and Narita is classified grouping of similar airports. Finally, it is required to invite LLC(Low Cost carrier) constructing a dedicated terminal for LLC to create not only transit passengers but also strong connectivity consistently. Also it will carry forward to review cost competitiveness against main airports of Singapore and HongKong.
