The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between role stress, job burnout, and work ethics among female community dance instructors. A total of 308 data from 9 Public Fitness Centers, 4 Sports Centers, and 4 College Centers of Social Education, were collected. Data processing method for Windows SPSS / PC + 13.0 Version using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis was carried out. The results of this study are as follows: First, the role stress of women leaders has a positive (+) impact on job burnout. As the sub factors in role stress - role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload - are going high, job burnout is going higher. Second, the role stress of women leaders has a negative (-) impact on professionalism partially. Role Conflict - a sub factor in role stress, has a negative (-) impact on job commitment - a sub factor in professional consciousness, and does not affect professional recognition and professional pride. In addition, role ambiguity - a sub factor in role stress, has a negative (-) impact on all of professional awareness, job commitment, and professional pride, which are sub factors in work ethics. Finally, role overload - a sub factor in role stress, has a negative (-) impact on professional awareness and professional pride - sub factors in professionalism, and does not affect job commitment.
