This study confirmed that dance instructors' emotional leadership doesn‘t directly affect on dance sustained participation intention, but affects positively on passion and burnout. Thus, those students highly acknowledging dance instructor's emotional leadership level of performance brings more passion to the lecture with less burnout. therefore, positive effect on dance sustained participation intention was verified. This result explained that students would be more attracted to dance lecture with continuous interest when the dance instructor brings leadership that can resolve issues and touches students' emotions by catching students' thoughts or suggestions.
