This paper designs an intelligent and personalized health management system based on big data and IOT technology. The system can comprehensively assess the overall health status of users or identify risk factors that affect health by obtaining user health information. Take targeted interventions and keep track of services. The artificial intelligence system based on big data can continue to evolve, and will provide users with more accurate and personalized health management services in the future.
