Recent innovative growth of companies is the main topic. In order to induce innovative growth, economic, social, environmental management and management will carry out an important role. Technological innovation is becoming more important as center-point to respond of changes in technology paradigms such as 4th industry innovation and to ensure the competitive advantage of companies based on economic and social change. In this research, analyzes were conducted focusing on domestic innovation research. For this reason, efficiency was analyzed by utilizing the company’s innovation data provided by the Institute for Science Policy. The input variables were used the number of employees, the number of researchers, the innovation investment money, the output variables were used the number of sales and the number of patents, respectively. The methodology was utilized CCR, BCC and Meta Frontier’s model. As a result, the efficiency of domestic componies’ innovation is very low, there were differences according to listing on the exchange or industry. The analysis of the innovation effect was used Tobit Regression. In this analysis marketing innovation and organization innovation and product innovation were generally not significant to innovative efficiency and in some results, these variables give negatively effect on the innovation efficiency.
