Currently, the nation"s youth unemployment rate remains high even though corporate restructuring has come to an end after the economic If "preparation for employment and rest for no particular reason" are considered unemployment, the actual unemployment rate for young people is above 15 percent. Thus, the Center for Start-up Support was designed to address policies and solutions for young start-ups with diverse services and support, especially education for start-ups. Through this planning process, the following conclusions were reached: The space for young people is a good place to choose from for convenient public transportation and a place linked to the old city where the land price is relatively cheap and economic difficulties can be resolved. In particular, the selected area of this study was designed to revitalize the area by restoring the green areas of Cheonggyecheon Stream and the commercial areas as communication spaces while solving the problem of youth start-ups by solving the problem of the connection between the commercial side and the green areas of Cheonggyecheon, as well as the connection between the buildings. The space reconstructed as the motif of communication and connection in the old city area created a way for people to enter and made the area more favorable. The space forms presented in this study could be used for future regional regeneration or intergenerational space planning for young people.
