The purpose of the public buildings energy management in Republic of Korea(PEMS) is to enforce the government management of public buildings energy consumption and to offer opportunities to utilize the building energy management business to the private. For the analysis of building energy stock units, approximately 50,000 public building cases of data have been deployed in the PEMS database, and the data were matched with building register information and energy consumption information for each individual building. In order to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings, it is necessary to evaluate policies using micro data related to energy consumption and to improve the effectiveness of energy demand management policies by providing feedback. PEMS, developed through this research, implemented a function to support one-stop energy management of public buildings that enables them to increase efficiency of their work and respond quickly to external information needs by unifying and integrating energy registration and management systems. In particular, it is designed to support the remodeling of public buildings in order to help realize energy efficiency by supporting the implementation of the remodeling phase and to support key tasks that must be reviewed and performed in the remodeling process in addition to practical reviews.
