Smart Factory is a manufacturing method that combines ICT (Information & Communication Technology) to improve the competitiveness of the existing manufacturing industry in a changing the market environment. Among the technologies of Smart Factory, Machine Vision consists of camera, image board, optics and image processing software. It aims at automated inspection and process efficiency. In this paper, we propose a system that classifies CCM defects based on machine learning. We divided the CCM regions and derived the result using a defect judgment algorithm for each region. SVM was used in the machine learning method, and the classification accuracy was 95.4% based on 100 untrained data.
