The article provides an intensive review literature of E-healthcare from many research which has been published all over the world. As a result, it brings us a general view of applications of technologies which are applicable in our daily life. Subsequently, we apply and propose solutions for South Korea which would aim to lead the development of frameworks for e-healthcare management system more efficiently. More specifically, we focus on three important parts which are the application of current technologies in health care systems, data acquisition from sensors and the analysis of data techniques for healthcare management systems.
