The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship between leadership, gym satisfaction, re-registration intention and word-of-mouth intention of Australian Taekwondo leaders. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted from trainees who were currently practicing in Taekwondo gym in Australia, from January 31, 2019 to February 25, 2019. Convenience sampling method and self-assessment method of non-probability samples were used to conduct a research. the total number of questionnaires were 330 and 305 parts among them were statistically processed, excepting for 25 unreliable data because of their insufficiency or lack the answer of the survey. The ultimate research conclusions drawn by SEM(structural equation modeling) are as follows. First, leadership of the leaders affected positively on gym satisfaction and re-registration intention. Second, gym satisfaction showed a positive impact on reregistration intention and word of mouth intention. Third, re-registration intention had a positive effect on word of mouth intention. Unlike research hypothesis, however, the leadership of the leaders didn"t show any significant influence to word of mouth intention.
