Starting with the guidance of the Public Procurement Service since 2012, policies to mandate BIM for all ordering services in 2016 have been announced, and efforts to change design methods have been steadily increasing. However, it is difficult to apply BIM design method efficiently due to lack of awareness of necessity and lack of opportunities to train production tools. This study is a basic study to present new indicators by analyzing qualitative factors that are not expressed in objective figures, as well as quantitative indicators that affect BIM task efficiency. These development of indicators can help establish an environment that can present factors to consider in the progress of the BIM project and that can help ensure that the work is carried out efficiently.
