In the global society, a universal design paradigm that respects diversity and human rights has been introduced, and classes for this are also emerging in Korea. This study attempts to conduct these classes and measure the effects of the classes. The method of this study used experimental Pre test-Post test Experimental Design method to conduct the lecture and measure the changed effect before and after class. The study subjects gave a total of 30 hours of lectures over three months to 16 graduate students at Y University. The effect of the class measured as a result of this study was significant in all six categories, a total of 25 questions. The change before and after the lecture was improved by a total of one point on average, and in detail, the understanding of the universal design paradigm and the understanding of practical technology techniques was the highest. On the other hand, the universal design environment and product understanding for various functional places were the lowest. Therefore, this study demonstrated that the teaching effect of universal design was high and that these modules were useful for nurturing future workforce.
