    This study analyzes the battle results of the indirect fire unit, which is a key combat unit for brigade-level scientific combat training, using KCTC training big data. For the analysis, the necessary variables are defined, and data is constructed through pre-processing from the raw data. Various visualization methods are presented to evaluate and compare the battle results of the entire indirect fire unit. And a way to visually express the difference in indirect fire operations between units are presented. In addition, a methodology to distinguish between excellent units and poor units are suggested. And factors that have an important influence on the battle results of indirect fire are identified through the statistic test and classification analysis. As a result of the research, the units that had active observation activities through the efforts to find the enemies, especially those that had a large amount of observation and fired before the start of the attack by the opposing forces, are operating more effective indirect fire in combat than those that did not. This paper is the first research conducted after the KCTC training has been expanded to the brigade level. We will expect to serve as a good starting point for future research about brigade level KCTC training.
