We show the synthesis of homogeneous AuNPs using a droplet-based microtluidic chip for enhancing HRP-based ELISA signals. For stable generation of droplets, we optimized size of the droplets using computational simulation. Using optimized flow rate of oil, uniform droplets could be generated in a droplet-based microtluidic chip to generate continuous synthesis of the AuNPs.
